Seller Services and Using the Multiple Listing Service

I have found, through many years experience, that a Seller will make more money, and sell their property faster, if the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is used properly.  There are over 1,000 real estate agents who belong to our local South Central Wisconsin board - each of whom would love to earn a commission for selling your home. When I am marketing a listing – I do not consider these agents to be my competitors.  Rather, these fellow agents are all potentially valued customers, to be treated, and courted, accordingly.
