We don't limit ourselves to properties that are offered for sale in the MLS. We also work with For Sale By Owners, expired listings and bank foreclosures. Our additional research gives our buyers more options to find the best value for their needs.

Molly and I are ever-present to serve the needs of our buyers and facilitate their home search. At Vilas Realty, we monitor the market and keep our clients informed up-to-the-minute. In the event a property of exceptional value comes on the market, we are on-duty to alert our buyers.

At Vilas Realty, we are not a large office working within the limiting framework of a bureaucracy. We work with a handful of clients at any one time.
